We want to make shopping with us as easy and safe as possible. At Happy Seasons you get fast delivery, friendly customer service and 100 days of flexibility: you can easily exchange for another size or return for a gift card if you'd prefer to choose something else later. 2. Orders and order confirmation
When you place an order on shophappyseasons.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, there is an obvious error in price or description, or an order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will of course receive a full refund.
Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your market and include applicable taxes where required by law.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna, including pay now, pay later and installments – see Klarna's own terms
- Gift cards issued by Happy Seasons / Jule-sweaters ApS
The amount is reserved at the time of ordering and charged only when the order is dispatched. For Klarna and PayPal, the payment terms of the respective provider apply.
All payment communication is SSL-encrypted. We never store card details.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. We pack and dispatch quickly so you receive your order as soon as possible.
Free delivery to a pickup point is available for orders of €80 / £80 / $100 or more depending on your market.
Home delivery or delivery to a business address is available at an additional cost. Express delivery can be added at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak season, particularly in November and December. Around Black Friday there may be 1–2 additional business days of delay from our shipping partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners outside our control.
Tip: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
4.1 – Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil the contract due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- War
- Pandemics
- Transport disruptions
- Government measures
4.2 – Uncollected parcels
If you do not collect your parcel from the chosen pickup point and it is returned to us, we will refund your order. A fee of €13 / £13 / $15 will be deducted to cover the actual costs of outbound shipping, return shipping and handling.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the parcel without simultaneously notifying us clearly of your wish to withdraw from the purchase.
5. Returns and exchanges
We know that finding the right size can be tricky – and that you're not always completely sure when shopping online. That's why we've made it simple and flexible:
🔄 100 days — easy size exchange. Chose the wrong size? No problem. You can exchange for another size up to 100 days after your purchase. You only pay €13 / £13 / $15 for the return label, and we pay the shipping on the new item to you.
🎁 100 days — return for gift card. Would you prefer to choose something else later? You can return for a gift card up to 100 days after your purchase. The gift card can be used in our online store. Return label: €13 / £13 / $15.
💳 14 days — money back. You of course have 14 days' statutory right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Upon timely withdrawal you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Return label: €13 / £13 / $15 if you choose to use our label.
You can choose to use our return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund, or you can arrange your own return shipping with any carrier of your choice. For complaints and defective items, we naturally cover the return shipping costs.
Whichever option you choose, you can manage everything through our returns portal.
If you use our return label, the return address will appear automatically on the label. If you arrange your own shipping, you will find the return address in the portal.
For statutory right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to withdraw. If you create the return in our portal, the deadline runs from the date of creation in the portal.
For our extended 100-day exchange and gift card return service, the return must be created within 100 days of receipt, and the item must be returned within 14 days of creating the return in the portal.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
- Items must have their original hangtags and labels and be completely free of signs of use.
- We strongly recommend returning items in the original polybag or other suitable packaging, as this protects the item from colour transfer, odours, moisture and damage during transit.
- If an item is damaged, absorbs odours or deteriorates during return transit due to insufficient packaging, the customer is liable for the loss in value.
- Items with removed or damaged hangtags, missing labels, washing, odours, stains, hair, make-up, perfume, visible signs of use or other deterioration are considered used.
- Items that have been used or can no longer be sold as new have a loss in value equal to the full purchase price. No refund will be issued for such items.
- If you wish to have an item returned to you without a refund, this is possible upon payment of shipping and handling costs.
- Our extended 100-day exchange and gift card return service only applies to items that are unworn, unwashed, with original hangtags and labels, and in a condition where they can be resold as new.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Within these 14 days you can receive a refund to your original payment method.
If you have ordered multiple items in the same order but receive them at different times, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
After the 14 days, we offer as an additional service that you may exchange for another size or return the item for a gift card for our online store up to 100 days, provided the item meets the conditions of our extended return service.
You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms, or create the return directly in our returns portal.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us clearly of your wish to withdraw.
Customers in the USA, Canada and other markets outside the EU/UK are not covered by statutory withdrawal rights, but benefit from our voluntary 100-day exchange and gift card return policy and 14-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds upon withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the cheapest standard delivery if you paid for shipping. If you use our return label, the label cost will be deducted from the refund.
For partial returns, delivery costs are not refunded if you keep one or more items from the order.
If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have provided proof of return.
If you exchange an item, this is not considered a new purchase agreement but a modification of the original purchase. The new item therefore still falls under the withdrawal deadline of the original order. The original purchase and delivery date is decisive.
Free gifts and promotional benefits
If you return an order that included a free gift, promotional item or other benefit, this must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met after the return. Failure to return will result in a deduction of the gift's value from the refund amount.
6. Warranty for defects
We naturally only deliver products of good quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, EU consumers are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. UK consumers are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of delivery, not normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, misuse or damage occurring after receipt.
Submit a complaint
- Go to our returns portal and create a complaint.
- Describe the defect and upload a photo of the issue.
- We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Complaints can also be sent by email to info@shophappyseasons.com with a photo and order number.
For valid complaints, we cover the return shipping costs. You will never be asked to pay to return a defective item.
Please notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. A complaint within 2 months of discovering the defect is always considered timely.
7. Gift cards
Gift cards issued by Happy Seasons / Jule-sweaters ApS are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the gift card. The gift card can be used in our online store.
- Gift cards cannot in principle be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- If redemption of an electronic gift card or voucher is required by law, an administrative fee may be charged during the validity period.
- Remaining balance is retained and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
- Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaced.
Gift cards, discount codes and promotional benefits issued free of charge as part of competitions, campaigns, goodwill gestures or sales promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Personal data and cookies
We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfil and deliver your order, including name, address, email address, phone number and payment details. Your data is only shared with third parties when necessary for processing your order, such as shipping partners, payment providers and technical partners.
You have the right at any time to request access to, correction of or deletion of the data we have registered about you. Contact us at info@shophappyseasons.com.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by Danish courts with the Court of Aarhus as the competent court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
As a consumer, you are always protected by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.
