We are a danish company, founded in 2016, having sold more than 1.000.000 christmas sweaters across Europe.
We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
The normal delivery time is 1-5 days. However, during busy periods, there may be pressure on the postal service, leading to delays. This can especially be the case during events like Black Friday, holiday shopping, and snowy weather.
In general, you should receive your product within 36 hours of placing your order. Exceptions may occur due to busyness on our end or with the courier.
When you shop with Christmassweats.com, we use local carriers in the respective countries. You can choose home delivery, delivery to a parcel box, or express delivery.
For purchases over € 70, free delivery is available.
For purchases under € 70, delivery costs € 6,95.

We have made returns and exchanges easy for you. Just contact our customer service, and we will assist you.
For returns, we retain € 6,95 for your return label.
For exchanges, we retain € 6,95 for your return label but cover the delivery cost for the new shipment.
When exchanging, it's a good idea to include a note specifying what you want to exchange for. However, please note that there is a chance your desired product may be sold out within a few days. Therefore, we recommend making a new purchase immediately to ensure you get the product you want.
For refunds on your returned items, there may be a processing time of up to 14 days.
We will refund the money to the card you used for the order.
If you prefer not to use our return portal, you are also welcome to handle the shipping yourself. It's important that you send an email to info@christmassweats.com and let us know that you are returning a package, as well as whether you want a refund or an exchange. At the same time, please make sure to include a note with your order number or order confirmation in your package.
Our return policy during the holiday season allows you to return items until January 14, 2024. For purchases made from December 31, 2023, and onwards, the standard return policy of 14 days applies.
The return policy is valid if the hangtag is not broken, and the returned product does not have cosmetic or odor issues.
You will receive a refund for the returned item on your account within 14 days.
On www.christmassweats.com, you can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay and gift cards. Christmassweats.com does not charge any fees for payment cards.
We will deduct the amount from your account as soon as the items are shipped from our warehouse.
If you do not receive a notification that the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, but your payment has still been deducted, it may indicate that there was an incorrect email address or phone number entered during the checkout process.
Please feel free to contact us so that we can assist you in tracking your package.
Defective items
If you receive a defective item, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@christmassweats.com or at +45 81 60 00 71. Please inform us about the defective product, describe the issue, and if possible, provide pictures of the problem. Have your order number ready, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Unclaimed package
If you, by mistake or for any other reason, do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you and resend the package. In such cases, we will charge a handling fee of € 7,00. If you send us an email at info@christmassweats.com, we will provide you with personal information on how to pay the fee.
If you do not pick up your package due to a change of mind, we will cancel the order and refund your money. In such cases, we will charge a handling fee of € 7,00. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
All our clothing on Christmassweats.com is recommended to be washed at 30ºC.
For Christmas sweaters with LED lights, please remember to remove the battery pack before washing. It's important that you only reattach the battery pack when the sweater is completely dry.

Where is your clothing produced?
All our clothing is produced in Bangladesh and China.
What materials is the clothing made of?
Christmas sweaters with LED lights and sequined Christmas sweaters always come in 100% acrylic. We also have other Christmas sweaters in 100% acrylic.
Additionally, we have Christmas sweaters and other clothing in 100% cotton as well as 100% organic cotton.
Our clothing in 100% organic cotton is GOTS certified, which means it meets the highest standards for sustainability, human rights, and working conditions. Therefore, there are no chemicals or pesticides in the product, and up to 91% less water is used in cultivation. It is made in a factory that adheres to the highest working conditions, so you can get a product with a clear conscience, of the highest quality, from us.

Who are you?
We are two Danish guys, Jesper and Christoffer, who are the founders and operators of Christmas Sweats ApS. We started the concept with the desire to make Christmas even cozier than it already is by offering some fun, cozy, and wild Christmas sweaters and accessories.
The concept initially started as a joke, but the situation quickly took a turn, and the business has been a full-time endeavor since 2018.
Since our humble beginnings in 2016, we have sold over 1,000,000 pieces of Christmas clothing throughout Europe. In addition to Denmark, you can find us in other European markets, including Germany, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, France, and Italy.
