On www.christmassweats.com, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, and gift cards. Christmassweats.com does not charge any fees on payment cards.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from www.christmassweats.com. You will never be charged a larger amount than what you have authorized at the time of payment.
If you use an international payment card such as Visa or Mastercard, the amount is automatically reserved on your account when the payment is approved.
It is the provider of your payment card that determines the reservation of the amount on your account when you approve a payment at Christmassweats.com. The provider also decides when a reserved amount is released if a purchase is canceled.
Delivery is carried out by local carriers in the respective countries, including GLS, FedEx, DHL, BPost, and Colis Prive. The expected delivery time is 1-5 business days.

2.1. Delivery Costs
For purchases over € 80, there is free delivery. For purchases under € 80, shipping costs € 6,95.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal is valid until January 14, 2024.
Starting from December 31, 2023, the standard withdrawal period of 14 days applies. In this case, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you:
- Received your item.
- Acquired the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of several different items ordered in one order and delivered separately.
- Acquired the last batch or the last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of an item consisting of several batches or parts.
- Acquired the first item in physical possession when it concerns agreements for regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Within the withdrawal period, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. You can provide this notice by either sending a written message to our customer service at email@example.com by calling us at +45 81 60 00 71. Please have your order number ready.
In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You may also choose to use our standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of these terms, under section 8.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing us with clear notice of your intention to do so.
3.1. Cancellation of a part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in the same order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than January 14, 2024 (from December 31, 2023, it is 14 days forward).
If you wish to return one or more items, you can use our returns portal. Alternatively, you can contact customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +45 81 60 00 71.
By following these steps, you can easily and quickly return your items:
Step 1: Open our returns portal and enter your email and order number. Then click "Select items."
Step 2: Choose the items you wish to return. Specify the reason for returning the items you want to return. Then click "Select return method."
Step 3: Choose the refund method and shipping method you would like to use.
For returns, a return label costs €6.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, the customer covers the cost of returning the items, which is €6.95. Christmassweats.com covers the new delivery expenses.
Then click "Return items."
Step 4: You will now receive the return label by email. Please print it.
Step 5: Pack your items and order confirmation securely. Attach the return label to the largest flat side of the package, making it visible and easily readable. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Please note: Keep the postage receipt and any tracking number if available. The customer assumes the risk for the item from the moment of delivery.
Note: We do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery (C-O-D).

3.3. The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested or used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used. This means that if you decide to cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, the same rules apply as when making a purchase in a physical store. You may test the item, but you should not put it into actual use.
3.4. Unclaimed Packages
If you do not pick up your package at the parcel shop you have selected, and it is returned to Christmas Sweats ApS, we will retain the shipping cost amount + a handling fee, totaling € 7,00.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item at the post office without simultaneously providing us with clear notice of this.
4. Refund of the purchase amount
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us (minus shipping costs). In the case of depreciation for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
- If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, you will not receive a refund for the difference.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We will process the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before that.

5. Warranty rights
The EU's Consumer Rights Directive applies to purchases of goods and consumer protection. The directive consists of several directives and rules aimed at harmonizing consumer protection and goods purchases in Europe. You are entitled to the purchased goods meeting contractual standards. You have additional rights under these laws if the goods are faulty or if the delivery is delayed.
However, please be aware that in all European countries, there are separate authorities and courts that establish national laws regarding warranty rights. This may, therefore, vary from country to country.
When shopping on Christmassweats.com, you have a 24-month warranty period if there are defects in your product. This means that, in principle, you can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
5.1. How do I use my warranty rights?
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact customer service. Provide as detailed a description as possible of the issue, and if possible, include a photo of the product along with the description of the fault. While not mandatory, this helps expedite our handling of the matter and reduces the processing time for the complaint.
If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so you can return the product at no cost to you.
Please remember that the item must always be returned in suitable packaging and be sure to obtain a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.
You must make your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect in the item. If you make your complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

5.2. Returns in connection with warranty rights

We collect and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you. The personal information is registered with Christmas Sweats ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
Furthermore, we collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your explicit consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director of Christmas Sweats ApS is the data controller on our website and has access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.
