We don’t charge card fees.
You won’t be charged for your purchase until your order has been shipped from www.christmassweats.com. You will never be charged a larger sum than that of which was approved upon checkout.
Delivery is free on all purchases. We use GLS. Delivery time is 2-5 business days.

We have a 14-day cancellation policy when you shop at www.christmassweats.com
The cancellation policy expires 14 days after you:
- Have received your product.
- Receive the last product, of an order that consists of a series of individual deliveries.
- Receive the last batch of products, of an order that consists of a series of batch deliveries.
- When you receive the first product if it’s an agreement where you receive a consistently delivery of products over a certain amount of time.
Within 14 days from the receiving day you must notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Your cancellation must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call on +45 81 60 00 71. You can also use the cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of terms and conditions. In your notification you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your cancellation right.
You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to receive your order without, at the same time, notifying us.
Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs you may have, if you cancel your order.
Cancellation of part of the order
If you have purchased several products you have the option of returning one or more products, even if it’s purchased in one order. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs you may have, if you cancel part of your order.
You must return your order without unnecessary delay and at the latest 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order. You are responsible for the expenses in terms of the return of the order. It is your responsibility that the item(s) are safely wrapped. The item(s) is your responsible from the time of your receivement.
The condition of the item you are returning
You are only responsible for potential damage to a product’s value if it’s caused by unnecessary handling. In other words - you can try on the clothes as if you were in a store. If the item has been tried on more than this, we view it as has been used, which means that in terms of cancellation, you will only get part or none of the subtotal returned. This depends on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the entire subtotal of the order you must act as if you were in a store. You can try the products but not use them.
If you cancel your order we will, of course, reimburse you with the subtotal of your order. In case of depreciation that you are responsible for, this will be deducted from the subtotal.
If you cancel your order we will return all payments received from you, including delivery (however, this does not include extra cost of delivery than the cheapest should you choose that) without unnecessary delay and at the latest 14 days after the date we receive your notification about your cancellation. We will reimburse you with the same payment type which you used at the transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We have the rights to hold back the reimbursement until we have received the item(s), unless you, before then, have given us documentation for having returned the item(s).

What do I send back?
Please attach a copy of your order confirmation. Note: We do not receive packages sent per C.O.D.
When you shop at www.christmassweats.com you have warranty for 24 months. This means you can get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a reduction of the full price, depending on the individual situation.
Use of warranty obviously has to be justified, and the defect cannot be caused by misuse of the product or any other behavior that can cause damage to the product.
How soon should I complain?
You must complain within ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the damage. If you complain within two months after you have discovered the damage, the complaint will be timely.
We reimburse reasonable delivery costs
If the complaint is justified we will, of course, reimburse your (reasonable) delivery costs.

We need the following information when you return the item to us
When you return the item, please tell us exactly what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it minimises the handling process for warranty. Note: We do not receive packages returned by C.O.D. or similar.
Remember, the item must always be returned in safe packaging and remember to get a receipt for your shipment, so we can reimburse the costs.

Personal information is registered at Jule-Sweaters ApS and kept for five years, hereafter the information is deleted.
We work with a number of companies that keep and treat data. The companies only work with the data on our behalf, and they are not allowed to use the data for their own purpose.
We only work with data processors in the EU or other countries that protect your data sufficiently.
When personal data is collected on our website, we make sure that it always happens with your explicit agreement so that you are informed about the exact data we collect and why.
The CEO for Jule-Sweaters ApS has access to the registered data about you.
The responsible for data for www.christmassweats.com is Jule-Sweater ApS.
We do not store the customer data encrypted.
We do not transmit customer data encrypted.
If you believe the data is inaccurate you have the right to get them corrected. In some cases, we are required by law to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for us to keep. You can contact us if you believe your personal data has been handled contrary to the law. Please email us at email@example.com.
